I need help with music converter.

Hello every1. The online music converter doesn't seem to be working for me.  It won't let me upload an mp3 so I upload the wav version.  The sample for the before was all distorted and weird and the sample for the after didn't load. I went and bought it anyway figuring it was just a glitch.  Then I wasnt even able to download it.  I tried to email support@ramusic.com but my email gets declined.  Can any1 help me? Thanks.
