Hi! Several months ago, I was exploring RA music and found links to 'soul typing'. Can someone point me to that information and the related videos? I thought I found the links on your RA Music.org site, but I may be mistaken. Thanks! Dana

Hi Dana, the link to the RA Resonance, soultype information is http://www.newequations.com/ramusic/
This is " New Equations", the work of Dr. Alan Sheets and Barbara Tovey in collaboration Ra Music in order to identify the application of the 9 RA Formats or "RA Resonance" which shows that everyone has a set of frequencies that tunes to their personal harmonic structure.
My updated website includes tracks of C & G in both tunings. See www.TuneYourVoice.com. I'm also available for workshops and concerts in other areas of California.
A friend invited me to RA Music. Sacred Sound is my passion. I make use of the didgeridoo, Native American flute, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, and vocal harmonics to instill greater harmony in people's lives. I also have been a distributor Crystal Tones crystal singing bowls since 1998 - http://www.twotowers.com. I'm looking forward to connecting with other like-minded individuals here at RA Music. I'm always interested in collaborating with other musicians in my general area. Keep the good vibes flowing....
It's good to meet you! I'm interested in learning more about your work. Where are you located?
Have you tested your instruments to see which of them are at A=424? I'd be very interested to know about your results because I'm writing a magazine feature on RA Music and sound healing.
I live in San Luis Obispo.... Not too far from you. I'm guessing that A424 relates to the 'Just" Intonation, or something similar. Unfortunately all my flutes are tuned to the A440 scale. Didgeridoos and singing bowls are generally not perfectly tuned, but not necessarily justly tuned either.
I would loved to have attended your presentation on RA Intonation. Until this morning I have never heard the RA natural frequency music. I look forward to learning more about it. I have no formal training in music or music theory. Everything I do originates from an intuitive place.
If you could provide some of your favorite links to help us newbies get caught up, that would be wonderful.
By the way Christiné, If you are a long time SB resident, than you probably remember Christa Ray. She is dear friend of mine and now lives in Colorado. She taught me vocal harmonic overtoning. We recorded a CD together that included vocal harmonics, Tibetan bowls and the didgeridoo. A few years ago I remastered the sound track into theta music. It is basically and 8 minute track that was looped into a 60 minute CD.
Glad to hear that you're close by - maybe we can do an event together one of these days. Emiliano (also on here) discovered that two of his Japanese and Native American flutes are tuned to A=424 by setting his tuner to that pitch (instead of the usual A=440). Only the pricier tuners can be reset, but it's worth the investment.
The text of the article from the 7/14 Newspress can be found at my website - www.TuneYourVoice.com - under Articles. It also includes my own writing about sound, toning, & tuning forks. You can also find my schedule of workshops and events under the Calendar. And plenty of links to other sites on sound healing under Links.
Yes, I do remember Christa Ray & went to one of her workshops many years ago. I'm actually teaching a class on Toning & Overtoning - some of which I learned from her - this coming Sunday in Summerland. Would love to hear the CD - maybe you'd like to trade it for the new "Tune Your Voice - Tune Your Life RA" CD. I just sent it off yesterday to be mass produced.
